In conjunction with the National P-3 Institute and the Buffet Early Childhood Institute at the University of Nebraska, Bellevue Public Schools has developed a District P-3 Action Plan to focus efforts to meet the needs of its early childhood community.  Link to the BPS P-3 Working Plan
