2024-25 Athletic Booster Club Membership Form

Please consider joining the Bellevue West Athletic Booster Club for the school year. Membership dues go directly back to the student athletes through the purchase of equipment and supplemental gear for our programs. Some of the most recent items purchased include: sideline capes (football), airdyne bike (wrestling), Dr. Dish Shooting Machine (basketball), sport watches (cross country), video editing software and equipment (athletic department), Gator (athletic department), laptop and software (swimming), sound system (softball), back packs (volleyball), pole vault tips and drawstring bags (track), nets (baseball), pom poms (Thunderettes), cheer mats (cheerleading) and weight room equipment.

The Athletic Booster Club also awards scholarships to deserving senior applicants each year. Become a member of the athletic booster club prior to January 1 and your senior is eligible to apply.

Membership Levels: 

• Purple Membership $25 
• Gold Membership $50 
• Elite $100
• Corporate $350 (business listed on fall/winter/spring sports calendars, at football stadium and south gym, business will appear on the video boards at baseball and in our south gym, and name listed in varsity football and basketball programs)
