Bowling

The Bellevue West Bowling Program was established in the 2020-21 school year. Bellevue West supports a girls and boys varsity program and a JV program when participation allows. The girls and boys programs qualified for the NSAA State Tournament in their first year of participation. The boys team finished in 3rd place at the state competition in 2021.

Boys Basketball

Bellevue West Boys Basketball is a program whose mission is to pursue excellence by daily valuing the details. We strive to be the best transition team in the state and dwell neither on success or failure but immediately "go to the next play."  We expect our players to reflect a proud legacy of work ethic, character, and respect for the game and our opponents.

Bellevue West won state championships in 2000, 2004, 2005, 2014, 2020 and 2023 as well as state runner-up in 1992, 1999, 2006, 2007, 2018, 2021, and 2022 while having a total of 21 state tournament appearances. Most recently the 2023 T-Birds finished 29-0 and have been recognized as one of the finest teams in Nebraska prep history.

Girls Basketball

The Bellevue West Girls Basketball program is one of the top programs in the state with a strong history of success. 

This program focuses on team discipline and strong work ethic as well as high standards on the basketball court, in the classroom, and in the community, and works to produce young women who are ready for the challenges that lie ahead of them after high school.

The Bellevue West wrestling team participates in the Class A Division in NSAA athletics and the Metro Conference. The program is proud of its history and is looking forward to taking the next step in developing our athletes into great competitors and community leaders.
