Welcome to Belleaire Elementary

My name is Nikki Schubauer and I have been the principal at Belleaire since 2014 and have been an administrator with the district since 2010. I believe that having a servant’s heart and a whatever it takes attitude is so important for our students at school. I am here to work with students, staff, and families to make sure that their child learns and grows not only academically, but socially as well.

I am from Wilcox, which is a small town in South Central Nebraska. I am married to my husband Kelly who is a teacher in Glenwood, Iowa. My two daughters Emerson and Sawyer attend school in the district.

I earned my bachelor’s in elementary education/early childhood and master’s in K-12 educational administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. I have taught kindergarten in Holdrege, Nebraska, third grade in Plattsmouth, Nebraska, and was a K-12 principal at a small town in Iowa.

Belleaire is a wonderful place to be. We are a family and we all look out for each other. We are diverse and we love learning from each other.
