Welcome to Wake Robin Elementary

My name is Traci Costlow and it is an honor and privilege to serve as the principal at Wake Robin Elementary. I joined the school as principal in 2020 and I am excited to be part of Bellevue Public Schools where the strong support of the community, school board, and staff is evident, valued, and appreciated. 

I grew up in Lexington, Nebraska and moved to Plattsmouth, Nebraska in high school. Then I attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas for both my bachelor of science in education and my master's in administration. I began my career in education in 2001. I've spent several of these years in administration with experience in Pre-K through 12th grade. My family and I relocated to Nebraska two years ago to North Platte where I was an elementary principal. We moved here over the summer in 2020 and are thrilled to be making Wake Robin our home! All of these experiences have afforded me the opportunity to reach, teach, and inspire students, as well as work collaboratively with families and community members. 

Wake Robin has a rich history that we will work collectively to preserve. As I begin my journey at Wake Robin I look forward to partnering with our staff, families, and our community to help our students grow and become the best that they can be through engagement, innovation, and a culture of belonging!
