1.  Cell phones:  As a reminder, when students are at Avery they will need to put their cell phones away or keep them with a teacher.  This includes before and after school.  If they need to text or call a parent for a ride they are allowed to do so.  However, they will not be permitted to take photos, use any social media apps, etc.  Please remind your student of this.  If you have any questions, please let me know.  Thanks. 

 

2. Yearbooks are on sale, but will need to be paid in cash or check to Avery.  We only have about 60 books left.  These cost $16 each. 

Please consider signing up.  Summer school is a fun opportunity for students to continue to build on what they learned during the school year.

April 29th: Cook's Night Out Dip Cravers 3:00-700 PM: Mention Avery and the PTA gets 10% back towards future events!

 

May 1st: Cook's Night Out Monster Dog's Food Truck 4:30-7:00 PM: Check out the truck located in the O'Reilly's parking lot by Walgreens, Mention Avery and the PTA gets 10% back towards future events!

 

May 1st: PTA Meeting 4:00-5:00 PM: Join us for our last meeting of the school year!

 

May 2nd: Cook's Night Out Don and Millies 4:00-10:00 PM: Take a break from cooking and Mention Avery, the PTA gets 20% back towards future events!

 

May 9th: PTA Carnival: 5:30-7:30 PM: Join us on the Avery Playground for Bounce Houses, snacks, games and more! Wristbands are $10 per child!! Forms have been sent home and preorders are due Friday May 2nd! You can pay for admission the night of as well.

 

May 13th: Cook's Night Out: Papa John's 4:00-8:00 PM: Take a break from cooking! Mention Avery Elementary School and 10% of your total goes back to the PTA!
