First Count Form 2020

The “First Count” is an actual form that parents/guardians are asked to complete for every child enrolled in the Bellevue Schools. These forms are then used to determine Bellevue’s eligibility and funding through the Impact Aid Program. Impact Aid is a federal program that provides funding to local school districts as a result of the presence of a federal installation. The information you provide on the form is confidential and will only be available to school and federal officials.

We appreciate your assistance in helping us secure federal dollars that directly support the District’s annual instructional needs.

Click here for a how-to video will help explain what needs to be filled out on the form

The form goes home with students on Wednesday, October 7th. If you misplace the form it is available below to download and print.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact your school principal or the District Office.
