BPS Notification System

Bellevue Public Schools uses a notification system to provide parents/guardians and staff information for emergencies, inclement weather, and district/building news.

We use parent/guardian contact information already provided to the school district. The system includes phone call, email and text messaging alerts. If you need to make changes to your contact information, please contact your child(ren)’s school with your updated information.

Staff members that would like to make changes to their contact information can email their changes to payroll@bpsne.net or complete a Name/Address Change Form, which is located on the Employee Portal. Employees can access the portal from the District website www.bellevuepublicschools.org, click on the employee portal link at the top of the home page.

If you are interested in receiving text messages, you must “opt-in.” The process for doing this is listed below.

Text Messaging

In order to participate in this service you must “opt-in” to receive text messages to your phone. The process is simple and only takes a few seconds to complete. Simply text one of the following words (subscribe, optin, yes) to the number 67587.

You'll know you were successful if you receive the following reply message: You are registered to receive aprox 3 msgs/mo. Txt STOP to quit, HELP for help.
You'll want to repeat the opt-in process for any wireless numbers that you wish to include.

Please note: the school district does not pay for text message charges that may be incurred by you for sending or receiving text messages. Check with your wireless carrier for possible charges.
