Veterans’ Day “Defenders of Freedom” Essay Contest

Open to any 5th or 6th Grader in Bellevue Public Schools

Rules:

• Deadline Friday, October 25, 2024
• 300 typed words or less
• Theme =  “Defenders of Freedom”
• Submit essays to BPS Communications department at the Welcome Center.
The submissions will be judged by the Bellevue Chamber Parade Committee. 

The winner will be asked to read their essay at the Dignitary Breakfast and the announcer’s booth at the Veterans' Day Parade on Saturday, November 9, 2024.
