The 2010-2011 school year is off to a terrific start! This year we will be working on various academic tasks. These include in Math: Fractions,equations,Geometry,Algebra among others. Social Studies includes a detailed look into Ancient Civilizations such as: Rome, Eygpt,Greece among others! We will continue to work on reading and language skills and hope students are reading at home. Sixth grade students are required to read at least 400 minutes per month at home. The main goal is that all students will be ready to master the academic and social skills needed to be ready for middle school!
