Meet Our Principal
Students and families at Belleaire Elementary will see more than a new principal when they get to school each day, they will see a smile on the face of a friend. Mrs. Pestel has been with Bellevue Public Schools for seven years serving as a classroom teacher, a lead teacher and now as a principal. She is excited about leading the team at Belleaire and looks forward to getting to know all of the families there.

Bellevue Public Schools opened two new schools in the fall of 1952 - Belleaire and Betz Elementary Schools - to accommodate the tremendous growth at Offutt. Learn about the school's history and find out how Belleaire got its name.
